O.A.R.: The Big Night Out Tour
Of a Revolution, or O.A.R., has been jamming out for more than 25 years.
The band consists of Maryland natives Marc Roberge, Richard On, Chris Culos, Benj Gershman, Jerry DePizzo, and John Lampley. Over the years, they have sold millions of records and released 10 studio albums.
O.A.R. began playing in 1996. Over time, they’ve developed a signature rock style that draws from alternative, roots, and pop influences.
Their 2008 album All Sides featured their platinum single, “Shattered,” and entered the Top 15 in Billboard’s Top 200 chart. That isn’t their only charted record, however. Their 2011 record King, 2014’s The Rockville LP, and 2019’s The Mighty share the honor.
O.A.R. likes to create their work at an unconventional pace, working remotely as they craft their records to perfection.
Their 10th studio album, The Arcade, was recorded live in New York City and features producers like Gregg Wattenberg and Rob Thomas. The band’s promoters describe the album as a high-energy collision of alt-rock and roots with hints of pop. Lead single “In the Clouds” perfectly captures the album’s essence.

O.A.R. has had several career-defining performances, including appearances on The Today Show, Conan, the ESPYs, and the 2015 Special Olympics Opening Ceremony. They’ve played at world-famous venues like Madison Square Garden and the Red Rocks Amphitheater — both of which sold out. No matter the venue, O.A.R. loves connecting with fans and telling their story on stage.
