We’ve got the craic (Irish slang for “news” or “gossip”) on St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in Orlando, Florida. Here are seven must-visit spots if you want to celebrate Irish culture.

1.      O’Shucks Pub and Karaoke Bar

Since 2003, O’Shucks has combined a billiards hall, sports bar, and Irish pub in one International Drive location. O’Shucks also hosts weekly trivia nights and nightly karaoke at 9 p.m. with hundreds of songs available.

If you visit on 3/17, you can live it up at O’Shucks’ annual St. Paddy’s Day party, which features food trucks, DJ sets, and drink specials.

2.      The Lucky Leprechaun Irish Pub

The Lucky Leprechaun is the oldest and the only Irish-owned pub on International Drive and is the official support club of Orlando’s rugby team, the Celtics. The pub serves domestic and international beers alongside traditional European pub food like fish and chips.

Last year, the Lucky Leprechaun celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with Irish dancers and folk musicians, plus green beer and perfectly poured Guinness.

3.      Claddagh Cottage

If you’re looking to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at a close-knit community bar, head to the aptly named Claddagh Cottage in Orlando’s hip Hourglass District.

The pub’s owners are fixtures in the local Irish music scene, so it’s no surprise that the Claddagh Cottage hosts some of Orlando’s best Celtic acts every weekend. And every other Wednesday, musicians of all skill levels come together for one of Orlando’s most unique jam sessions. While grooving along to authentic tunes, enjoy a pint of Smithwick’s or Kilkenny beer with a sausage roll, corned beef sandwich, or mushroom pasty.

On St. Paddy’s Day, Claddagh Cottage typically hosts an outdoor celebration with a cash bar and some of their favorite live acts.

4.      Finnegan’s Bar & Grill

Spending St. Paddy’s Day at Universal Orlando? You can celebrate without leaving the theme park.

Just follow the rainbow to Finnegan’s Bar & Grill in Universal Studios’ New York section. This watering hole offers a wide selection of Irish whiskeys, beers, and ciders. If you can’t decide between two drafts, split the difference with a beer cocktail, like the Black Velvet (Guinness and Magner’s Cider) or Half and Half (Guinness and Harp). Food options include scotch eggs, beef stew, and traditional and plant-based shepherd’s pies.

In 2020 and 2021, Orlando Weekly readers voted Finnegan’s as the best theme park bar in Orlando.

5.      Harp & Celt

Whether you call it “soccer” or “football,” downtown Orlando’s Harp & Celt is the perfect place to watch the world’s most popular sport.

This Irish pub has two sections. The Celt is a busy sports bar that shows all Orlando City SC and Premier League games. The Harp is a quieter, cozier space, perfect for catching up with friends. No matter where you sit, you can enjoy their wide range of Irish and domestic beers, plus entrées like mussels cooked in Magners, sausage rolls, and wings tossed in an Irish whiskey sauce.

Every March 17, the Harp & Celt hosts a lively street party with live music and healthy helpings of corned beef and cabbage.

6.      Raglan Road

This Irish restaurant brings the heart of Dublin right to Disney Springs. Named after one of the most famous streets in Ireland, Raglan Road is a pub decorated with furniture and art right from the Emerald Isle. This pub serves authentic Irish beer, food, and desserts.

Raglan Road doesn’t just celebrate St. Paddy’s Day — they do St. Paddy’s Week.

Their annual Mighty St. Patrick’s Day festival features seven days of exclusive menu items, traditional Irish music, and the fancy footwork of professional dancers. The family-friendly St. Paddy’s event has drink specials for adults 21+, while kids can get in the Celtic spirit with games and face painting.

7.      Kitty O’Sheas Irish Pub and Buffalo Bar

Right around the corner from Disney Springs rests Kitty O’Sheas.

This Irish-themed bar serves a variety of alcohol and offers inside and outside seating with plenty of TVs and room to relax. The food menu includes burgers, Buffalo wings, cheesesteaks, and Reuben sandwiches. The pub’s laid-back atmosphere offers a perfect place to wind down after your day of debauchery.

In previous years, Kitty O’Sheas has rung in St. Paddy’s Day with green beer, a DJ, and a live bagpipe performance.
